I have raised with a skin disease since 2 years now I came to know that I have keratosis pilaris, as many told there is no cure for it it will go by itself, and it's not too much bump also no irritation from it, it's on my back side of hand only since 2 years, I am not like to have that rashes on my hand, how can I get rid of it any solution is there.

Moisturize frequently. Coconut oil and glycerine are good options. Avoid sudden changes in temperature or humidity. Avoid sweating or overheating. Reduce stress. Drink plenty of fluids avoid scratchy materials, such as wool directly in contact with skin. Avoid harsh soaps, detergents, and solvents. For more details consult online.
