Doctor my 2 year old son has developed few symptoms of autism. We were not aware initially but when symptoms became more aggressive, it came to my notice and contacted the doctor immediately. Few therapies have already begun but the thing that is bothering me is can autism be cured doctor?

There is no cure available for autism spectrum disorders but treatment is given to cure the symptoms and make your child live a more comfortable life and find it easy to complete their routine activities.
