I have some white hairs, after consulting with my doctor he is saying that excess aluminium is responsible for white hair. So don't cook food or tea in aluminum pots. Is it useful for me if I don't use aluminium pots for cooking? Please solve my problem.

Use stainless steel for cooking food. This is not the reason for grey hair. Premature greying is greying before the age of 30 yr. There are various reasons for grey hair. Genetic predisposition, stress, nutritional deficiency, thyroid problem are few of the reason. Proteins are important for production of melanin. So food rich in proteins are good for hair. Sprouts, beans, nuts, soya are good source of proteins. Consult trichologist for treatment of greying.
