Hi, i'm 24 yo male and I have used acne wash with salicylic acid 2% twice, my face turned red and itchy after the second wash. I immediately discontinued the use, it's been 2 days the redness has improved a little but the itching and scaling of the skin is getting worse. Suggest me something.
