I have got my wisdom tooth extracted 1 month ago, the wound is healed now .i had swelling on my cheek which is gone now but there is a hard lump like thing left behind on my cheek near the jaw. The dentist said that they never seen such thing in their practice .what is this ?what should I do? The lump is hard and have small pain while touching.
