Stroke level blood pressure is a hypertensive crisis that occurs when your blood pressure increases severely and that to all of a sudden. Blood pressure reading 180/120 millimeters of mercury or higher is a hypertensive situation that needs to be addressed immediately. This is an alarming situation and can lead to heart attack, stroke or other life-threatning health problems.
