It is very important to take a controlled diet if you have high blood pressure issue. You cannot eat anything you love even if there are no other visible health complications. Foods that are helpful include- citrus fruits, pumpkin seeds, beans and lentils, berries, amaranth, carrots, pistachios, broccoli, tomatoes, herbs and spices, chia seeds, beets, beet greens, and spinach. Foods that should be avoided if you are having high blood pressure issues include- frozen meals, enough salt or salty snacks, pickles, soup, bread, processed meat, restaurant food, and beer and alcohol.
