Dear lybrate-user, all dry fruits, seeds, nuts such as peanut butter, soya beans, walnuts, almonds contain phytic acid which is antinutrient in nature. If consumed occasionally, then its fine. If consumed regularly, then it can cause nutritional deficiencies. As for myopia, I suggest you spend more time outdoors and get adequate sunlight. Get minimum 8 hours of sleep. Lack of sleep is the biggest cause of myopia I wish you good luck.
