I have thyroid. I take thyronorm tabs of 100mg, so I want to know that for. 100mg could I take 2 tablets of 50mg so it would become 100mg.

Yes you can take two 50 mg tabs together. But never break any tab to make it half dose as that would be highly inaccurate dosing then.
