Hi l have a fungal skin disease on my hand below of my elbow, when I use tablet fluka and cream likes dermikem or motimesh it goes but after some days it comes again, I am not understanding what I do please help.:-(

Just break a leaf from the plant, cut it lengthwise using a knife and using a spoon, scoop out the jelly-like substance inside.
