My daughter age 4+ suffering with tomato flu. How can I make her a quick recovery from this disease. Pain in elbows & knees.

Hello it's a self limiting disease means it will cure by itself no specific drug needed however for pain in elbows and knees you can give paracetamol suspension. Give plenty of oral fluids. Hot water sponging relieves from irritation.
