I am 24 years old female. A week ago I started taking isotretinoin 20 mg capsules for pimples on doctor's advice. Since then I am feeling dryness and itching in vagina. What should I do now?

Hello Renu.. It is better not to use this medicine. It will not cure the issues and many patients have reported side effects. You already are having some. Take proper homoeopathic treatment to cure it without side effects...

Hi. Dryness is the most common side effect of isotretinoin. Take plenty of water. Apply vaseline/ lipcare for drynes. Can reduce the dose to 10 mg per day or alternate day 20 mg isotretinoin. Thanks.
