I have a toe nail infection for the past few yrs. I noticed that it keeps shifting from left to right and right to left toe. When I checked with the Dr. I was told it's a fungal infection and he suggested loceryl. I had gone for sugar test. Blood sugar fasting before is 67 MG/dl and postprandial is 81 mg/dl. I have a low BP too 100/70 Can you Pl suggest.

It does sound like fungal infection. A fungal smear test if done carefully can confirm the diagnosis. Sometimes oral antifungal tablets may be required. However, nails take many months to regrow, so be prepared for many months of treatment. Moisture can cause relapse of infection. Take care to dry and air your feet several times daily.
