Previous time my thyroid level was normal. I was taking thyroxine sodium. But in this report my tsh level showed bit increased. It was 7.6 (reference tone was 0.35to 4.95uluml.),t3is 103.8 (reference 35-193, t4is 8.6 (reference 4.87-11.72).should I take same dose? Or I have to change dose? currently I am taking m2 tone syrup and cystolib nutra tablet. It is three months dose.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. There is a marginal increase in the tsh level, which ideally should be around 3 to 4 mu/l, when hypothyroidism is well controlled. However, your t4 level is quite good. You may observe for another 8 weeks or so and then check thyroid profile again, if there is persistent tsh rise then dosage of levothyroxine may have to be increased.
