The term lichenoid dysplasia (ld) is any lesion which shows dysplasia with lichenoid features. Ld has a true propensity for malignancy and can go malignant. Here oral lichenoid dysplasia with" invasion" in simple term means that the dysplasia has invaded/infiltrated into other part e. G stroma.
