Hi regarding treatment of fractured teeth. If it's paining or discoloured than you have to undergo rct and crown. If it's only fractured and not trunking you go for restoration with tooth color material (composite)

You can go for long term treatment or short term treatment, long term treatment includes root canal treatment followed by placement of crown, and short term treatment includes restoring the tooth by filling.
