Using clindamycin & nicotinic acid for black spots is of no use, these medications are used for treatment & prevention of acne. Black spots need depigmenting agents. U can stop adapalene & benzyl peroxide gel. Continue clindamycin and nicotinic acid gel to prevent new pimples. Restrict your calorie & diary products intake. Wash your face frequently.
