M suffering from gallstone. Reports says the liver is normal inside. Gall bladder is distended and shows multiple calculations in gall bladder body larger measuring approx 9.4 m m no pericholeycystic collection is seen .the wall thickness is normal. Commonduct appeared normal 5.7 mm. No calculi seen in the common duct. Pancreas is normal in size echopattern. Urinary bladder is distended and shows anechoic lumen .the wall this is normal no calculus mass lesion. Uterus is measured 7.8�4.9�7.1 uterus is bulky. And shows heterogeneous echo pattern. please suggest Dr. I avoid surgery for gall bladder and uterus.
