Im 37 years old female nurse married with 2 baby boys, suddenly suffering from herniated discs l4 l5 and l5 s1, surgical one prolapsed and protrusion present at mri with narrowing of spinal cord, took too many difen b12 injections, gabapentin makes me drugs and angry most times. Ive been like this since august, still can not do activities, if I stand a little more pain radiates from toes till back with burning tearing at frontal thigh. My weight 92 kg my height 173 cm.

And also should check whether you have flat foot on the right leg that also might be the reason to have pain in one particular legpain in the left side of the leg/thighthe compression of the sciatic nerve should be around the right side that's the reason you have pain in the left side. That's the reason you cannot sit or stand and it is exactly around the l5 vertebrae where the sciatic nerve passes by.
