As I have uneven skin tone or pigmented skin and also some dark spots on my face, I started using melaglow cream last year and it made my skin glow but after sometime as I stopped using the cream it made my skin even darker. At first I thought it was because of the exposure to the sun as we were having sports meet at our college in the month of march so we were under direct sunlight but I saw my friends face tanning vanished after a few weeks but I still have a long way to go, is it because I stopped using the cream or it really is a tanning?

Hi, sun exposure can lead to immediate pigment darkening which disappears soon and delayed pigmentation which may last for many weeks. It seems like you have tanning. Please use sunscreen 15 min before sun exposure and reapply every 2 hours when out in sun. Always use extra sun protection measures like hats, scarf, umbrella etc when out in sun for long. Stopping melaglow does not give tanning, sun exposure does.
