Does masturbation causes acne. Because that is personal experience when I do masturbation acne arises on my face ndd I lost my beauty if masturbation does not causes acne then what about my eXperience give me the proper answer y it happens.

Hello- yes, according to ayurveda masturbation is indirectly associated with acne and skin disease. >masturbation results in loss of semen (virya) which has a capacity to give birth to new off spring (new baby), so semen is very musch necessary for the vitality of the body. >reduction in semen levels causes oja shaya (immunity loss) in the body and hence cause pitta prakopa (entity responsible for skin diseases if vitiated) resulting in acne.
