Hi. Medicines alone donot clear dental probs. You require definitive treatment by dentist. Your teeth could b extensively damaged due to decay or fracture lines n requires rct n capping to treat it permanently. Meanwhile use a mouthwash n take painkiller such as divon plus which only reduces pain but not infection. Visit a dentist asap.

Hi. Sharp shooting pain is due to deep decay in the tooth which might have lead to root canal infection. Pain killers will only provide temporary relief. It is not the solution. You might need root canal treatment of the decayed tooth. Kindly visit a dentist as soon as possible.
