Can anybody please help me with my sleeping routine. Since my childhood I am sleeping very late at night and getting very late in the morning. How and what can I do to get rid of this very bad habit. I am really fed up with this. Because of this my precious time and day getting wasted. Even I am trying to get out of it. But failing. Please suggest something very workable.

Hello Ashwath... The years of haibt does not break in day or two. You need consistency. There are certain things you can do like going bed early daily irrespective of you are feeling sleepy or not. Waking up early in the morning. Having some strenous exercise during day. Avoid using mobile 1 hour before sleep time.
