I am 28 years old and suffering from anxiety disorder since last 12 years. Am taking one tablet etizolam since 3 years.and I am also comfortable with it: but I cannot leave it even for a single time, otherwise, I start having panic attacks. I am very worried what should I do? Tablet: etizolam 0.5 mg two times a day.

Etizolam is a benzodiazepine which is not to be taken alone long time as it can cause dependence and harmful effects. Kindly consult a psychiatrist. For anxiety ssri or snri drugs are given preferably. Etizolam acts only on the symptom effects and not on the cause. Good luck.
