We cannot change the Natural colour of our teeth. Only if the yellowing of your teeth is due to external stains then Professional cleaning and polishing will help. Whitening of teeth has its own pros and cons so please understand it first and then opt for it. thank you.

Hi, the reason for your yellow teeth can be deposits on the teeth for which you should get scaling (teeth cleaning) done by a dentist. If the stains are intrinsic then you might have to go for bleaching. If you can send me a pic of your teeth I can advise you which procedure would be more appropriate for you.
