I am Sankar Srinivasan, age 48. I was affected by epilepsy in my childhood. Had phenytoin sodium tablet. Now reducing dose. My problem is, teeth enamel is damaging in 5 teeth's. Already extracted 3 teeth. I want to save my teeth's. Please kindly guide me Sankar Srinivasan.

Mr. Lybrate-user, when your teeth enamel is damaging you immediately need to take care of it. Teeth have three layers, enamel-dentin-pulp. So when the enamel is damaged the dentin is exposed leading to weaker and caries prone teeth. See your nearest dentist and either to a filling or a crown/cap work done.
