This is in my mri report - 1-diffuse posterior bulging of c4-c5 disc causing encroachment over both neuroforamina with mild compression over bilateral exiting nerve roots. 2-diffuse posterior bulging of c5-c6 disc causing encroachment over both neuroforamina with mild compression over cervical spinal cord and mild to moderate compression over bilateral exiting nerve roots. Pls tell what is my problem I have pain in spine and brain which satisfy by cracking bone of brain and spine.

It is common about neck pain and the mri report you placed as query is normal to get if syffering with cervical spondylosis. Due to improper posture you have developed cervical pain, take medicines by consulting ortho or neurologist and also physiotherapy for 2 weeks. There is no need to panic by seeing this report, maintain proper posture, apply hot pack twice a day after a week of physio sessions, exercises will be suggested to strengthen muscles around neck.
