I am 21 year old girl, I am suffering from wrist pain since a month ago. I have used many way to treat it. Kindly give me urs opinion?

Hello, wrist pain can be of many reason. At this young and dynamic age it mostly because of biomechanical positional fault. Thus, it can be effectively dealt by an orthopedic physiotherapist who can give you immediate relief by coreecting the positional fault. But at the same time, other reasons behind the pain have to be ruled out. In the mean time you can apply ketoplast pain plaster at he painful area for 24 hours. Hope it helps. Thanks.
