Hi lybrate-user! hope you are doing well. First of all, I would highly recommend you stop altering your dosage of medication without any professional help, it has major side effects than you can imagine. If you genuinely feel your situation has improved and you want to wean off your medication, please get in touch with your doctor who will recommend a systematic way to do so minimizing the side effects. Having said that big kudos for you for going out there and taking classes and trying to overcome your fears and investing to improve your current condition. However, i?d recommend you meet with a counselor to study emotions and how to deal with them. There may be fears that you are carrying from childhood and the counselor will help you discover them and deal with them appropriately which is extremely important for your complete recovery because acidity is a sign that you are internalizing the anxiety- abnormal fear which you could probably be handling by denial unknowingly. In the meantime, get your body fit: it plays a very important role in order to harbor a fit mind. So, exercise regularly, go for yoga and meditation to train the brain, sleep well and eat healthily.
