Dear Lybrate, I am 45 and my wife is 41. My wife is having before hypo thyroid and it is completely in control and me too asterateratazoozpermia now in recovery taking medicine and exercises. Here is my question by which test I can find out me and my wife both eligible for baby. We are planning for baby for more than a year. We have a regular sex and before my wife is pcod issues and now its recovered. Sonography cleared. No cigarette/ alcohol / no sugar/ no bp/no uric acid/ no cholesterol for both. All tests are cleared and taken out in 2022 at regular intervals. Still what we have to do pls advise. I have progressive motility issues and recovery. Doctor advised me to go to gym for regular exercises. I am taking care of exercises too.
