I have been diagnosed cataract in my both eyes. One doctor has advised surgery while other has advised to go for medication and change of specs.

Catarct, most of the times, is senile change. Surgery is generally advised which is well accepted and success ratio is very high. Some people believe in ayurvedic rejuvenations and anjan therapy by which it halts further deterioration. Choice lies with person.
