Dear Krishna, Alcohol and these tablets act on the same brain cells. So, the combined effect gives breathing difficulties, palpitations and imbalance. You can start these medicines at any time, even after 11th marriage. But quit alcohol - probably you are using alcohol to manage your anxiety. Veniz will start its action after 2-3 weeks of taking it regularly. If you can manage without alcohol for 3 weeks, you may not need it for reducing anxiety. For social drinking, you need to consult the doctor with the type of alcohol, duration of drinking, type of food along with it, driving after drinking and dose of veniz.
