My son is 3.5 years old. He got covid when he was 1.5 years old and got seizure for the first time. Again in last sep 2022, he got twice on the same day due to high fever. Will there be any serious issue or should frisium be continued for 3 days continuously if started?

Taking frisium for 3 days is not a rule. We suggest taking frisium to avoid seizures. These seizures are called simple febrile seizures if it lasts less than 15 minutes and also only one episode in 24 hours. If it occurs more than once in 24 hours then there could be some other problems. I suggest consulting a pediatrician. Also getting recurrent infections could be a sign of weak immune system. Make sure you consult a pediatrician and take vaccines if applicable to avoid recurrent infections.
