My son is 3.5 years old. He got covid when he was 1.5 years old and got seizure for the first time. Again in last sep 2022, he got twice on the same day due to high fever. He is getting fever very often nowadays. Like every month. I'm giving paracetamol, frisium and meftal if the temperature is more than 101. Will there be any serious issue or should frisium be continued for 3 days continuously if started?
