Hi I struggle with anxiety and depression and take fluoxetine 20 mg 2-2-x petril beta 20 1-x-1 olanzapine 5 mg x-x-1 the meds have helped my symptoms like anxiety, low mood, suicidal thoughts, low self esteem and other depression related symptoms. But I still have anhedonia. And I was just prescribed bupron xl 150, is it safe to take these meds together.

Yes, it is safe to take bupropion along with your current medications, but you should discuss with your psychiatrist to consider gradually changing petril beta to betacap as petril beta contains clonazepam which is not safe especially in long term as it has potential to make you dependent over same. Also discuss to change olanzapine to risperidone as you are already overweight and olanzapine is known to cause significant weight gain especially in long term.

Hello you are already on 80 mg fluoxetine. There is no need for buproprion. Sometimes excessoive dosage can lead to switch to mania. Better go for some relaxation exercises and activity scheduling. Thanks.
