I have been taking sizodon plus past 2 months and it helped to control the hallucinations and delusions. Recently I started feeling anxious and some fluid moving around my back of head. Is this normal.

Appreciate that you have understood the symptoms and on medication. You are on the right track. Along with medication, consult a psychologist and work on your cognition therapy will help you to alter your thought patterns. You would have had a light dizziness due to the medicine and it will settle with time. Do not stop the medication. All the best.
