I am diagnosed with adhd, ocd, anxiety and tourette syndrome. My current medications are ziprasidone 40 mg 1+0+3, atomoxetine 25 mg 2+0+0, viloxazine xr 100 mg (qelbree) 0+1+0, mirtazapine 30 mg 0+0+1, lexotanil 3 mg 0+0+2. I need to replace the ssri (mirtazapine) with a snri or a ssnri which induce sleep and should treat my adhd, ocd and anxiety. Can I add venlafaxine xr 75 mg to my this treatment plan? If so, when should I take it: morning, afternoon or at night? Can venlafaxine xr replace mirtazapine? I have inattentiveness/adhd, ocd depression, laughing fits, anxiety, insomnia (insomnia unless medications) and mood swings unless medications. I remain absent minded at times and have difficulty concentrating on studies and work. I am 39 years old male person. Married with no kids.
