I am very very very hungry at night. I eat dinner for 3 to 4 hours and then only my stomach becomes full. As a result my sleep gets spoiled. Does anybody know what problem is this? Who is the right doctor that I need to consult?

Hi, This could be due to faulty lifestyle and hormonal imbalance. Kindly check your- Fasting blood sugar, HbA1c,Thyroid profile, Serum Cortisol levels. Have a well balanced diet. Eat small frequent meals every 2.5 to 3 hourly. Protein rich options like Roasted chana, Sprouts, Chass, Egg whites. Fruits about 1-2 per day.
