Although orgasm of women does help sperm to move upward toward uterus by creating vacuum, but its not necessary. Sexual intercourse and ejaculation at right time are enough for getting conceived.

Hi the pregnancy is not related to both partners ejaculations. It depends upon ovulation period when sex is done at that time mucos discharge seen from cervix and it helps to carry on sperm to uterus.
