Good morning, if you have an acne prone skin, just try to know what is a root cause for your acne, is it hormone related, is it due to stress, is it due to diet or is it due to overt use of otc products on your face. Salicylic acid face washes sometimes dries out your skin, and gives your purging, and if you are having severe acne. I would recommend you to seek help of your dermatologist before it's gets worse.
