Hi, im using tretinoin for a while now. But my skin gets dry and itchy. Can I use emo lene cream after using tretinoin to moistize skin. Please recommend some moisturizer.

Hi! you can use emolene post tretinoin use. Sunscreen is also very important as post tretinoin can cause photosensitivity. Follow few 1) limit your bath time to just 5-10 minutes 2) apply oil before bath 3) use only luke warm water for bathing and only mild soap 4) use doctor prescribed moisturiser at least 5-6 times a day 5) keep nails short 6) wear full sleeves loose cotton clothes 7) avoid contact with irritants and detergents 8) avoid dust and dry weather and mites. 9) use liquid cleansing soap like cetaphil to prevent dryness.
