However, apart from understanding that you have been diagnosed with diabetes, have had weight loss and you are taking some drugs, there is no information on following important points: blood glucose levels (at the time of diagnosis), current levels, hba1c%, actual weight (current and earlier), height, dietary pattern, extent of daily physical activity (specifically exercise), lipid profile and bp readings. Unless all the details are known, there is no way to give any suggestions or comments.
