Hi, am a prediabetes for past two months with fbs-120, ppbs-160 and hba1c 6.5%. Doctor prescribed glycomet 500 sr to take in the morning. I used take it before breakfast and ppbs used to be 120 to 135. Today I took glycomet 500 sr immediately after the breakfast and ppbs is 99. Request for few clarifications (1) when to take glycomet 500 sr - before or after breakfast? (2) any other test should be done to check sugar level (waiting to complete 3 months to do hba1c). (3) any other tips to reduce sugar levels (fbs is around 91 to 103 and ppbs 99 to 125 and am on zero added sugar, zero added maida diet). Thanks in advance. With kind regards,
