Dear lybrate-user, namaskar, you must sleep on a firm mattress with a soft and thin pillow, use a commode and avoid stairs. Do hot fomentation and apply muscodac gel 2-3 times a day. Wear a ls belt. Take zerodol sp and omez 40 mgm. 1 tab each, twice a day for 5-7 days. Get swd +ust for 5-7 sittings at a good physiotherapy center. You will settle. Once settled, learn exercises from your physio. If not. Get x-ray ls spine ap and lateral views and revert back to me with the reports. Take care.
