Hi from past two months I am suffering from skin itching and red colour bubbles, I reviewed it looks like chronic urticaria, symptoms are nearly, I used to take medication of alaspan 10 mg when I feel more itching, it gives a temporary relief, again after two - three days, facing same problem, two years ago, I faced this I met with covid later, after recovering from covid I didn't face this urticaria, from last two months facing this again I heard skin treatment medications are related to steroids, are those medications create side effects. Please advise what precautions should I take, there are no particular trigger points. I noticed so far.

Hi there are a few things that can trigger urticaria. Try and notice if these cause a flare up for you: pain killers very hot or cold water sunlight alcohol food colors food preservatives dust and pollen also, make sure of what new food intake you have had 1-2 hrs before urticaria sets in you may require a course of second generation antihistamines to control the itching. I would suggest you to have a proper direct consultation once.
