I am 22 years old male and one of my teeth has gone inside because one milk teeth has not fallen when it's time. So it can lead to pronunciation problem or stammering problem.

Hi. The teeth that is not in proper alignment will not cause stammering but it may pose discomfort while speaking. I would suggest you to visit your nearby dentist as per your convenience and if the milk teeth is still present get it extracted and then go for braces so as to bring out the teeth which is inwards into proper alignment.
