I got my wisdom tooth extracted 3 days ago but extraction site is currently half covered with new tissue and half is uncovered dark black hole like appearance .is this normal. What should I do.

That's exactly normal .surgical extraction of wisdom teeth might sometimes take a week or more to heal completely .you should only be concerned if your pain is not reduced after a week or so. Don't try to touch it with tounge.

Revised your doctor where you extract you're tooth. They'll clean the socket again ll keep some medicine. You should follow post operative instructions. Like avoid hot, vigorous gargle, ect which may cause loss of clot formation in socket.
