There is no best psychiatrist or no best psychologist - each patient will have their own experience with these professionals. You may check with people known to you or may check on the net, and find the best one suited for your needs. The relation between the patient and the doctor/psychologist is a professional relation. Hence, once the rapport is build, the patient feels more comfortable. So enquire about the professionals suitable to your needs.
