Sir I have pilonidal sinus for the last 3 years I took some allopathic medicine for it for some time and now I am taking homeopathic treatment, Mr. Dr. recommended me pulsatilla 200 weekly and sabina 200 fortnightly .he also gave me some doses of silicea 200 and belladonna 200 only when the boil formed. Only pulsatilla and sabina are permanent. The recurrence of boil is not yet stopped. What should I do?

In response to your query you are informed that usually surgery or z -plasty is advised for pilonidal-sinus. But it is not a good choice for the reason of recurrence of problem after surgery and other complications. However pilonidal sinus can be completely treated without any complications by graded ksharsutra treatment.
