I am 29, female and married. My blood pressure ranges between 124/96 to 135/80. The doctor prescribed me to take telma20. I have been taking it for the last two months. My question to you is, can I stop taking it, or I have to continue?

Hi lybrate-user to stop it, you have to make your bp record. For example measure bp after waking up, at noon, in the evening and at night. Write down in a diary. Do this for 2 3 days. Then only it can be decided that whether to continue drug or not.
