My brother ct- pns shows .pansinusitis and sinonasal polyposis with compromise of bilateral maxillary ostia, osteo meatal units, right front nasal and bilateral sphenoethmoid recesses. There is projection of polypoidal soft tissue densities into bilateral nasal cavities and middle meat. Suspicious erosions noted involving some of the ethmoid air cell walls and floors of both sphenoid sinuses. * 's' shaped nasal septum with a bony nasal spur on the right. * bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy.

Hi lybrate-user the ct report which you have furnished here is suggestive of nasal polyposis, a relatively common condition, but the suspicious erosions does require a surgical removal and further tests on the polyp by means of biopsy at the earliest sarve santu niramaya.
